Michelin Stars Dinning

I was delighted to have experienced dinning at several Michelin-starred restaurants whilst living in London, let me share with you a few pictures and my favorite dishes from their “Tasting Menus”. All of these restaurants are a great pick for family celebrations or any other special occasion.

Helene Darroze At The Connaught
Thanks to the Open Table App we were able to use a deal to choose from a 3 course set menu including 2 glasses of wine, hors d’oeuvres, a pre-dessert, coffee and petit-fours for a great price! I have been in the Connaught Hotel before to visit the famous cocktail bar, (recently named as one of the best in the world) which is an experience you shouldn’t miss before or after your meal. Conveniently, The Connaught is located in Mayfair so before dinner you can treat your partner in the luxury boutiques in Mount or Bond Street. πŸ˜‰

Trinity

We were lucky to have a Michelin-starred restaurant in our neighborhood Clapham Common. Friendly staff, simple but lovely deco and “yummy” food. Unfortunately we couldn’t have the dessert that the restaurant is famous for when we ate there because it had sold out, but we will definitely be back to have the whole experience when we visit London again or call ourselves Londoners once more.

Fera at Claridges’s

I visited Fera during the Christmas season so the decoration was amazing! The food, which focuses on British ingredients and recipes, was just as good πŸ˜‰

Sketch

1 venue containing 4 rooms, each with their own unique style, in which to have an outstanding food and drink experience! This place is as famous for it’s guests (such as David Beckham and his family) and it’s great deco as the food! The 2 Michelin-starred restaurant is on the first floor. My favourite dish from the exciting testing menu was definitely the pigeon. If you go, don’t forget to take a selfie in the bathroom;)

The Black Rat

This restaurant is located in Winchester and you could read about it already in my post:Β A Day in Winchester
Great food and a surprising chocolate wine to go with dessert that I am still dreaming of.

Ametza

Fine and fun dinning. You will love and enjoy the serving as much as the taste of your tasting menu. Have you ever eaten from a can of lemonade? ….. No? Well after visiting Ametza you can tick the box. πŸ™‚
